THE EFFECTS OF SCIENCE TEACHERS' PEDAGOGICAL CONTENT KNOWLEDGE ON STUDENTS' ATTITUDES TOWARD SCIENCE AND THEIR ACHIEVEMENT

Pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) is one of the most important research topics in science teacher education. The purpose this study was to investigate PCK teachers with different teaching experiences and examine effects teachers' on students' achievement attitudes toward science. A mixed methods design used for study. Participants were their students from two middle schools. Interviews, observation forms, tests, attitude scales as instruments data collection. Data collected analyzed using analysis, descriptive inferential statistics. findings obtained quantitative qualitative showed some significant differences between PCKs according experience. results also that a least experience lower than other experienced teachers. indicated who developed did not significantly impact student attitudes.
